Icon Oceania is currently awaiting approval on a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for Westgate, a high-quality industrial estate at 253-267 Aldington Road, Kemps Creek. The proposal includes four new warehouses totalling of 45,500sqm, new local roads, loading docks, car parking and supported office space. The 10-hectare site is strategically located approximately five kilometres northeast of the future Western Sydney International Airport, offering seamless connectivity to Metro Sydney via key transport corridors, including the M4, M7, and the future Southern Link Road. As part of the vision for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, the proposal will support the government’s commitment to realising a 30-minute city by providing more employment opportunities to local residents in Kemps Creek and neighbouring suburbs.
