The 10-hectare site is strategically located approximately five kilometres northeast of the future Western Sydney International Airport, offering seamless connectivity to Metro Sydney via key transport corridors, including the M4, M7, and the future Southern Link Road. As part of the vision for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, the proposal will support the government’s commitment to realising a 30-minute city by providing more employment opportunities to local residents in Kemps Creek and neighbouring suburbs.
Westgate will be an integral part of Sydney’s future in the digital world of logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce. Westgate will redefine industrial and logistics facilities in Western Sydney through emphasis on design quality, flexibility, technology and sustainability.
The project includes four new warehouses subject to design finalisation totalling of 45,500sqm, new local roads, loading docks, car parking and supporting office space facilities.
